Accipitriformes – Accipitridae – He is so far (about 65 to 70 meters from me) that for a split second I wondered if my eyes were seeing a raptor!With the 500 mm lens I had my confirmation but before taking the first shots, I quickly add the 1/4 convert to reach a focal length of 700 mm:

Il est loin, si loin (65-70 mètres environ) que je me suis demandée le temps d’une seconde si mes yeux voyaient bien un rapace sur un acacia, tout au fond en amont du ruisseau qui se déverse dans l’étang.Je vise avec le 500 mm… confirmation sur son identité.Avant de déclencher, je prends le temps d’ajouter le converteur 1/4 qui me donne une longueur de focale de 700 mm:
