Most people will then seek out that animal and do stupid things like feed it junk, harass it, provoke it, try to ride it, etc. and manage to do something ultimately to get it killed. Lather, rinse and repeat.

The animal is NEVER the problem. OUR species is.

Instead of killing the animal, these genius officials should adopt the attitude of “Ya know what? If you provoke the animal and it attacks you, we’re not gonna kill it. We’re gonna let it kill YOU. We’re not gonna help you or rescue you when you do something stupid.”

Maybe THEN our species will learn. And if not, the world will be rid of one more IDIOT it doesn’t need.

Too bad we can’t use these ‘wildlife experts to euthanize some of these periodic ‘mass shooters’ before they kill a number of unsuspecting members of the public.
