Lobsters are sentient marine animals who can live up to 100 years in the wild.
Yet Kroger grocery stores keep them in small, crowded tanks with their claws tied together for days or even weeks before they’re finally killed.
On top of this, an analysis has shown that improved conditions still amount to immense suffering for these animals.
