Three Important Questions About Your Subscription

Ask yourself three simple questions related to your newsletter subscription with Focusing On Wildlife as follows:

1) Am I receiving a daily newsletter but would prefer instant notification of new posts?
2) Am I getting both daily and weekly newsletters when one would suffice?
3) Am I often under time pressure and tempted to “unsubscribe”?

The good news is that now you can easily “edit” your subscription and secure the service you require. We are delighted to be able to announce this improvement to our newsletter service.

All you have to do is click on the “Edit your subscription” link at the foot of your newsletter.

This will bring you into the following screen. Check the box for the newsletter list you prefer and “un-check” the feedburner box (this list will shortly be deleted).

Don’t forget to add our email address [email protected] to your contacts list or address book. This will “whitelist” our mails, so they don’t get accidentally blocked (or reported as spam) in the future.

In the event that you ignore this post and do not select one of the three new options,  your subscription will definitely be cancelled when the feedburner list is deleted.

I want to unsubscribe. I’ve never had so much difficulty uploading a photo as with this site, and I’ve uploaded photos to a lot of sites. What is this wordpress thing anyway? One shouldn’t have to be a geek to do something as simple as uploading a photo.

So, I’m out. Maybe if you change to something reasonable I’ll come back but until then I have better things to do with my time.

Herman, sorry to hear that you have been having problems – your Pileated Woodpecker seems to have worked OK – outstanding photo by the way.

The problem of uploading images has been seen before, and it seems to be related to very large photos. If you make sure that the width of the image is equal or less than 3,000 pixels, I think you shouldn’t have any more problems.

Please give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Craig, the “edit your subscription” link should be at the bottom of your email newsletter. Please advise whether you can see the link.
