{"id":2051511,"date":"2018-07-27T18:00:00","date_gmt":"2018-07-27T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/focusingonwildlife.com\/news\/?guid=096f409a05fcf6ed837640fed1bc9b14"},"modified":"2019-12-23T01:34:56","modified_gmt":"2019-12-22T12:34:56","slug":"arabian-wheatear-abha-area","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/focusingonwildlife.com\/news\/arabian-wheatear-abha-area\/","title":{"rendered":"Arabian Wheatear \u2013 Abha area"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"none\">Whilst birding recently in the Abha area I came across a few Arabian Wheatear Oenanthe lugentoides where birds were most often perched on areas of boulders with slightly more males recorded than females.<\/p>\n<p class=\"none\">This is a rather scarce resident of the south-west highlands, but is also found in Oman, Palestine and Yemen, mainly in rocky, bushy sites.
