Developing a strategy to preserve wildlife corridors across political borders is of great importance to keeping elephant and other wildlife populations healthy, and viable. The Kavango Zambezi Transfrontier Conservation Area (KAZA TFCA) is helping to establish protocols between the countries of Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Angola and Namibia to sustainably manage this precious ecosystem. This will hopefully create one of the largest conservation areas in the world, home to the biggest grouping of elephant found anywhere on the planet.<\/p>\n
