The endangered Mountain Nyala (Tragelaphus buxtoni) is now only found in Ethiopia’s highlands, primarily in the Bale Mountains National Park and on the Bale Massif. Perhaps fewer than 2,500 of these magnificent antelope remain and the constant threat of habitat loss due to population increases means that their numbers will likely continue to decline in the foreseeable future. Their future depends on our actions.<\/p>\n
