The Brambling, Fringilla montifringilla, is a small passerine bird in the finch family Fringillidae. This bird is widespread throughout northern Europe and Asia. It is migratory, wintering in southern Europe, north Africa, Northern Pakistan, north India, China, Japan, Alaska & the western United States.
