Recently, Florida investigators uncovered a horrific reptile neglect case.
Inside a storage unit, they found 111 geckos trapped inside filthy containers, many already dead, others barely clinging to life.
The individual responsible has pleaded guilty to felony animal cruelty.
This level of cruelty isn’t just neglect – it raises serious questions about whether this was part of an illegal trafficking operation.
