CHAMPION OF THE FLYWAY
This European Bee-eater is a true Champion of the Flyway. It does not only fly 1000’s of kilomoters each year from Africa to Europe, it also needs to withstand many people who want to kill it. For sport, fun or maybe even food.
This beautiful bird is amongst the many species that in total loose 25.000.000 birds – all killed during their migration around the Mediterranean alone.
This must STOP!
