Last week I had a day off and take the time to get a nice picture of some wild Flamingo’s here in the Netherlands. They are are for a few weeks allready but I had no time to go there.
So I started early that morning, it’s a 1.5 hr ride, because I wanted to be there with the rising sun. It was very cold but a almost clear sky. So the sun must be visible early and yes it was. Besides the cold it was a beautyfull morning. So here are some of the pictures I took.
Hope you enjoy them as much as I did taking them.

I live in the Netherlands near the German border. I'm working at a IT company in the Netherlands and in my rare sparetime a like to photograph. Mostly Nature and Wildlife, but also landscape. Beside I do some sports- and weddingshoots. Like to do macro the best, because it shows you things you could not imagine that it exists.I also have a weblog (Dutch, but pictures say more then words) on: http://natuurlijkwild.blogspot.nl/
Nice photos. I did not expect that Flamingo distribution extends so far north! Am yet to see them though in my native India. Hopefully sometime soon in Mumbai, India. 🙂
