Un encuentro con el siempre se disfruta por varios motivos, por su belleza, por su pasividad, por ser mas escaso que el Surucuá común entre otras cosas.

Estas fotografías de un macho de esta especie las obtuve durante la tarde del pasado 18 de Mayo al costado del camino de acceso al parque Provincial Teyú Cuaré.
