There are many videos on the internet that prove that members of the animal kingdom seldom pick a fight with elephants.
Though the majestic creatures are called gentle giants, their wrath is something that can make big cats scared.
That’s why when a video showing an intense fight between an elephant and a rhino surfaced on Twitter, people were quite surprised.
Shared by IFS officer Susanta Nanda, the video shows the elephant standing in front of the rhino.
A few seconds into the clip, the rhino charges at the jumbo. After a few moments of struggle, the rhino realizes that it simply can’t tackle the huge tusker even with its horns.
At the end of the video, the rhino accepts defeat and exits from the scene.
The video has garnered over 55k views and tons of reactions. People were surprised as well as shocked to see the unusual encounter.
Many jokingly suggested that the rhino was probably fulfilling a dare. Others enquired about the condition of both the animals.
