Gulls are scavengers, we are used to seeing them in parking lots eating what people have thrown out of their cars.
However, they loved eating what the waters bring up out of the ocean, stream or lakes. I have photographed gulls eating quahogs, crabs, and even birds.
Today’s photograph is that all of a herring gull that really worked in order to get out the meat out of the Welk shell.
